*Diet for Kidney Stones*

You may need to change what you eat and drink with Types of Kidney Stones u have :

Calcium Oxalate 
Calcium Phospahate 
Uric Acid stones
Cystine Stones

*U need to Avoid for all types of stones* 
📌 Avoid Excess salt like sprining over or packaged food or MSG or Baking powder or check the food label for any other Sodium salt salt in chinese food.
📌 Avoid Animal protein i.e Organ Meat, Eggs, Fish, etc
📌 Limit your coffee, tea, and cola to 1 or 2 cups (250 or 500 milliliters) a day.

*U need to consume with any kind of stones*

📌 Drink enough of water to have light-colored urine. Dark yellow urine is a sign you are not drinking enough.
📌 Drink ginger ale, lemon-lime sodas, and fruit juices.

 In Calcium Oxalate stones reduce the consumption of potato chips, Chocolates
Peanuts, other nuts , Spinach.
 DO NOT take Extra Calcium or Vitamin D.
 Watch out for antacids that contain extra calcium.
*_To Consume_* 
👉🏻 Plant based protein like lentils, dried peas, beans which does not have oxalate 
👉🏻 Natural calcium rich foods like milk, yoghurt and cheese.
👉🏻 Eat lot of watery fruits Watermelon, Peaches, Sweet lime, etc.
👉🏻 Eat lemons or oranges, or drink fresh lemonade. Citrate in these foods prevents stones from forming.

 Calcium Phosphate stones specifically develop due to excess of Sodium consumption in Canned, Packaged, and Fast foods. It is also seen in many condiments, seasonings, and meats.

 Uric acid stones develop due to High Protein intake esp Animal Protein and Also avoid Alcohol, Cauliflower, Spinach, Mushroom, etc

 Cystine stones in people having acidic urine with Dehydration or reccurent urinary infections. Have ample of water to avoid these stones.
