Fasting blood sugar level -72 to 108 mg/dL

HbA1C- less than 5.7 % in Non-Diabetic and less than 7% in Diabetics

Foods you can consume
Put these fruits at the core of your diet like Apple, Raspberries, Cranberries, Blueberries.
Eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, Beef and green beans to your diet.
Take healthy monounsaturated fat content like Avocados.
Eat more seafood including fish.
Low-calorie Drinks, Coffee, black or with added low-fat milk, cold tea with lemon or a cinnamon.
